Why advertise online?

Although Three Towers has been in print for a long time, the inaugural November, 2006 issue of Three Towers Online promises to take the student-run newspaper to a whole new global audience. You can jump on the Xavier Navigator's canoe with your message and or your company to reach this global audience or remain stagnant on the shores of this digitized 21st century and hope someone will accidentally find you. The Xavier Micronesian website (www.xaviermicronesia.org) gets an average of 600 hits a day even prior to the Three Towers Online. Those hits will only expand as we improve our online outreach.

What the ad fees are used for?

The annual cost to educate a Xavier High School student is $3,042 (SY 2006-07). The actual annual tuition fee for students is $1,100 (girls) and $1,200 (boys). That's a difference of $1,842 for the boarding male students and $1,942 for the commuting female students. Somehow our beloved Director, Fr. Arthur has to bust his chops looking for money to make up for the difference between the actual cost per student and keeping Xavier affordable for students. A good education doesn't come cheap you know. Given that reality, you have a school that offers the best Jesuit education in Micronesia, Palau, Guam, and the Marshall Islands with the most hard working volunteer faculty this side of heaven.

Advertising on Three Towers Online is not only good businees for you, but good cause for the future leaders of our islands. We guarantee that 100% of the advertising donations will be used to meet any of the Xavier Needs.

How to Advertise ?

To place an online ad in the Three Towers Online, please review our design policy below. Then send an email to Vidalino Raatior (atawedesign@gmail.com). Payments in the forms of checks or money order can be made payable to "Xavier High School" and send directly to the Director, Fr. Arthur Leger, SJ, Xavier High School, PO Box 220, Chuuk, FM 96942. Once payments have been accepted, your ad will be placed and a confiirmation email sent to you.

Our suggested advertising rates are below, but please consider giving out of your means to help our school. You can design and email your ready-made ad (see size and format specs below) to Vidalino Raatior (atawedesign@gmail.com). For a minimal fee, we can help design an ad for you unless you are paying for 8 months worth of ad placement in which case we will design your ad for free.

Advertising Policy

Three Towers Online is published, first and foremost, as an educational tool for the students of Xavier High School, Micronesia. All editorial, news, and other business decisions are made by students, without any interference from the Xavier High School administration or governing board. We assume no liability for our failure to print an advertisement or for typographical and other errors in ad material.We will, however, reprint incorrect portions of advertisements if the error substantially affects the advertiser's message. Errors must be reported no later than seven days after publication.
