DESCRIPTION OF THEME:
“Catholic schools have faith in every student. They believe
in each student’s potential – to learn, to grow in
virtue and wisdom, to become valued and outstanding members of
their church, community, and nation. And Catholic schools nurture
faith in every student – belief in God and a deeply rooted
commitment to God, the Church, and Christianity.” –

4. Catholic School Week Planning Committee -
A small committee comprising of students who are strong choir

the schools to plan the Catholic School Week Mass. The main job
of the committee is to plan the liturgy and go around to the schools
to teach them the songs that will be part of the mass.
5. Administrators’ Roundtable –
Co-sponsored by the Catholic schools in Chuuk, the roundtable
discussion involving school administrators, principals, vice principals,
etc. to address the state of education in Chuuk and to find ways
that schools can work closely together to share resources and
ideas. This can be done during Catholic Schools Week 2005 as our
attempt to find ways that our schools can work together to improve
education for the children of Chuuk. Fr. Arthur to head up this
initiative and we will send out invitations to administrators
of public and private schools in Chuuk to attend what is hoped
to be a professionally done roundtable discussion.
